Introduction
Welcome to AlleForge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AlleForge’s browser-native API workspace, including our website, apps, and related services (together, the “Platform”). They exist to keep AlleForge secure, reliable, and fair for every developer who relies on it.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AlleForge in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using AlleForge on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use AlleForge. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you’re not barred from using AlleForge under any applicable law.
User Accounts
- 01You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
- 02You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- 03You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- 04One account should represent one individual — shared logins across multiple people aren't supported.
Workspace Usage
Workspaces are where you build, test, and collaborate on APIs. You’re responsible for what you and your teammates do inside a workspace you control, including requests sent, data stored, and members invited. Workspace owners can manage permissions and remove members at any time.
API Usage
AlleForge lets you send requests to APIs you choose to test — including your own, your organization’s, or third-party APIs you’re authorized to access. You’re responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to interact with any API you test through AlleForge, and for complying with that API provider’s own terms.
Security Responsibilities
- 01Keep your password and any authentication tokens confidential.
- 02Enable available account protections, such as strong passwords and, where offered, additional verification.
- 03Don't share credentials for individual accounts with other people.
- 04Report suspected security issues to us as soon as possible.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AlleForge only for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use as an API development platform. See the “Acceptable Use” section further down this page for a clear breakdown of what’s encouraged and what’s not.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- 01Use AlleForge to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
- 02Send spam, malware, or abusive traffic through the Platform.
- 03Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of AlleForge.
- 04Use the Platform for any illegal activity or to violate another party's rights.
- 05Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
- 06Resell or sublicense access to AlleForge without our written permission.
Subscription & Billing
Some AlleForge features are offered under paid plans. Where applicable:
- 01Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the plan you choose.
- 02Prices may change with advance notice before your next billing cycle.
- 03Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
- 04You're responsible for keeping your billing information current.
Intellectual Property
AlleForge, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by AlleForge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what’s needed to use the Platform as intended. You retain ownership of the requests, collections, and content you create inside your workspace.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about AlleForge, you agree that we can use them to improve the Platform without any obligation to compensate you.
Third-Party Services
AlleForge may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services — see our Privacy Policy for details. We aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep AlleForge available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control — see our Status page for current platform health and incident history.
Termination
- 01You can stop using AlleForge and delete your account at any time.
- 02We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or if required by law.
- 03Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (like intellectual property and liability limitations) continue to apply.
Disclaimer
AlleForge is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlleForge won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
This section is jurisdiction-sensitive and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
